We have compiled some great tips to help keep your home smelling fresh and clean!

 

  1. Add a few drops of essential oil inside your toilet paper roll. This will release a fresh scent every time it’s used.
  2. Fill your toilet brush holder with Pine-sol or your favorite cleaner. This will get rid of germs and odors your toilet brush may be harboring.
  3. Take scented air freshener beads, artificial flowers, and a pretty mason jar for a decorative air freshener that can be used anywhere in your home.

Talk to a Lender- It’s never too early to start speaking with a lender about your future purchase. This allows you to see what your credit looks like and if you meet all the criteria to be pre-approved. This extra time gives you the opportunity to clean up your credit report, if needed, and get the best pre-approval you can. Real Estate terms can be a foreign language for some buyers.  It can often be intimidating when you are not in the day to day operations of home buying or selling. Appraisal – the estimated value of the property from a licensed appraiser.  This is order by the buyer’s bank or mortgage company.

Closing Costs – all the fees and expenses associated with closing a home, usually around 6% of the cost of the home.
